I’m Chris Shull, a senior here at North Georgia and the newest student worker for the University Press. I’m majoring in English (with a concentration in Literature) and minoring in Gender Studies, and I’m hoping to continue my English education all the way to a Ph.D. My love of the English language has blossomed while here at North Georgia to include grammar, courtesy of Dr. Joyce Stavick. When I’m not reading/writing for class, I enjoy playing traditional games and trivia. Lots of trivia.
I’m currently the President of the North Georgia Academic Team and the North Georgia Table-Top Gaming Club, fueling two of my interests. I also work with the Physics Department here on campus as a Telescope Operator and La
b Grader for astronomy labs. I like to delude myself into thinking that I’m a writer, but I don’t write creatively nearly as I would like. Similarly, I cannot seem to find the time lately to read for pleasure very often. This whole college thing really does take up time.
