Southeastern snow delays more than just traffic

At UNG students, professors and staff members alike were simultaneously relieved and inconvenienced by the “snow-pocalypse” that descended on the state and caused traffic jams of historical proportions. The snow shut down schools and business, but, worst of all here at the Press, we had to postpone the release party for Stonepile Writers’ Anthology Volume III.

Not to be discouraged, University Press has named the new release date as Feb. 20. The location remains the Vickery House and it will still begin at 6pm. This event offers readings from and the opportunity to mingle with contributing authors and attendants can take home a copy of their own for $16.
